CDA feature in new RIBA publication: new design for old buildings

Three CDA projects have featured in RIBA’s New Design for Old Buildings publication.

The book features a range of homes, churches, commercial and industrial buildings from across the UK that showcase how contemporary architecture can sit happily alongside old, and is far superior to pastiche.

The authors explore the approach, design process, material palette and technical considerations in creating enduring and sustainable buildings in the context of historic buildings.

House in Wapping, Gasworks and Clerkenwell Cooperage all feature as examples in the publication.
