Roger Street nears completion

The part-conversion, part refurbishment of this 1970’s office block at Roger Street is nearing completion.

The building comprises 6 luxury residential units with a rooftop zinc-clad extension and re-use of all window openings with new large format double-glazing and Iroko screens.
