Sandys Row features in World of Interiors

Sandy’s Row synagogue received a Covid-19 emergency grant at the end of 2020 for repair works to the roof. Chris Dyson Architects was appointed to carry out the investigative works and secure all permissions from the local authority. With the help of Stephen Foster Engineers, CDA put forward a new proposal for the roof with new falls, insulation and roof covering. Thankfully, we were able to retain 90% of the existing timber joists and reinforce them as well as the beautiful artwork from Adam Dant.
