Our project at Folgate Street gets planning permission and listed building consent

We are delighted to announce that our proposals to sensitively renovate and refurbish a Grade II listed Georgian house in Folgate Street, Spitalfields has been granted planning permission and listed building consent by London Borough of Tower Hamlets. We are extremely excited to return this property built in 1724 and originally occupied by silk weavers, back to a majestic and comfortable family home. Many original features remain throughout and will be sensitively restored and brought back to life to be enjoyed for many more years to come.

Thanks to all the team involved: Foster Structures, Bespoke Homes, The Heritage Practice.
