Gideon purser features in short film about the planned refurbishments at the grade II* listed bell house, Dulwich

CDA are currently involved in an extensive renovation at Bell House in Dulwich, London.

The Grade II* listed building originally acted as the home for the headmaster of the nearby Dulwich College, but is now used as a place for wider learning, while also offering support for dyslexia and other learning differences.

In a video published by Bell House, Gideon outlines CDA’s proposals, which seek to give the building a public face through the presence of a cafe, gallery space and community learning initiatives.

These changes have been informed through a historical analysis of the building and careful consideration of the impact these proposals will have on what is a unique building of historical significance.
