We’re excited to announce that our project for the Jencks family at Portrack House in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland, has been granted unconditional planning approval and listed building consent.

Situated within Charles Jenck’s ‘Garden of Cosmic Speculation’, the project includes full renovation and refurbishment of the Category C listed Georgian house and a new 3 storey extension clad in stainless steel and locally sourced cedar shingles, detailed to meet Passivhaus standards.

Well done to all the team involved, and full steam ahead for a start on site in 2023!
