Chris Dyson Architects have developed a beautiful renovation scheme for the neglected building, transforming the grand Edwardian industrial proportions into an entirely unique four-bedroom home. Of the design, Dyson has remarked, “Our intent is to celebrate and enhance the historical, industrial character of the Old Pump House, by revealing and re-instating the many architectural details and traces of the past in this contemporary modern home.”
