CDA have been granted planning permission to redesign and reconfigure an existing row of shopfronts at Queensbury House along Savile Row.
CDA's proposal seeks to give continuous and uniform signage in the form of awnings and high quality metal blade signage, to give coherence and rhythm to the street frontage. The new design directly references historic shop fronts and gives a heightened sense of place, rooting the proposal firmly in the history of the area. The proposed new materials are a high quality satin bronze, commensurate with the quality of the materials and goods being displayed. New glazing will be ultra clear and non reflective to increase the transparency and visual depth of the shop front, giving a much clearer view of the display area.
